Returns Policy

At Misaligned Design, we put a lot of care into creating original, hand-crafted items—especially our lino carved and printed products. Because each piece is handmade, every item is one of a kind, with its own character, unique marks, and slight variations. Small imperfections are part of the charm, not defects.

That said, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for items that:

• Are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging

• Include your order number or proof of purchase

Please keep in mind that handmade items may have small differences in print placement, texture, or ink coverage—that’s part of the process, not a flaw!

How to Start a Return

Email us at misaligneddesignshop@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue or reason for return

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.​

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
